The POD company formerly known as 1st Books (now Author House) has a potential class action law suit against them. An attorney representing the law firm Robert L. Lewis in Indiana is soliciting participants in a class action law suit. The suit claims the publisher has been guilty of breach of contract by not providing said services or products and has failed to pay their authorsas well as misreprensentation and fraud.
Has anyone published with 1st Books? How did it affect your contract? Did you notice a change in services or the product?
